SPIRIT WEEK -- HOMECOMING 2012

January 30 - February 4
Monday - Retro Day (60's, 70's & 80's)
Tuesday- Cartoon Character or Superhero Day
Wednesday- Twin or Triplet Day
Thursday- Key Verse Day (II Corinthians 10:4)
Friday- School Color Day

Each day, classes will earn points for students that participate by dressing up for theme day and for the class with the most Spirit Links. Spirit Links will also be on sale for 10 cents each.

Don't forget our 100th Day of School Celebration!

Be sure to help your child decorate their crown and poster for our celebration and if you plan to participate in the Loot Exchange, you need to bring in your loot by Thursday the 26th.

Theme Day has Been Rescheduled

Wednesday, January 11th is Theme and DEAR Day. The theme for January is Stripes and Dots. If you wish for your child to participate, simply let them wear stripes and/or dots to school on Wednesday. Also, don't forget to send a book for them to Read during our Drop Everything And Read time.

You can purchase the ornmaents in the main office, or send the order with your child to turn in to their teacher!

Tee-Shirts and Christmas Ornaments are On Sale Now!

NLCA Tee-shirt order forms are due back by Friday, December 2nd! We will not be able to accept late orders. Please send money due and order forms in on time.

Christmas Ornaments are $10 each and on sale in the main office. Preserve your NLCA memories with a beautiful ceramic ornament. They are ready for pick up. We will not be placing a second order this season, so be sure to pick yours up before they are gone.

CHRISTMAS PROGRAM THURSDAY, DECEMBER 1st at 7:00

Plan on attending the annual NLCA Christmas Program on Thursday, December 1 at 7:00 PM. Each member of the student body has a part in the program. Students need to be here between 6:30-6:45. General Admission is free, however, we are collecting non-perishable food items for the local food pantry. We look forward to a night of celebration and fellowship.

Items Needed for Christmas Program

We are in need of old pillows (we want the batting and poly-fill) and three light blue, flat sheets (full size or larger). If you have any of these items and are willing to donate them to us, we would greatly appreciate it. We will not be returning any donated items. Thanks for your help! Things are shaping up nicely for the Christmas Program-do we have a show for you!!!
