"The John L and Virginia Wilcox Scholarship Fund provides assistance to students attending a private Christian school (K-12), student graduating from either a Christian -based home school or private Christian school seeking further education, student graduating from any secondary school who desire to attend a Christian college or university, and older students who want to pursue further Christian training/education" (Printed in the Register Herald, 2017).
