note the following food assignments for the Banquet.
Make sure that the dish you provide is enough for 12 people.
Elementary Basketball –
vegetable dishes (potatoes,
corn, green beans, broccoli, baked beans, etc.)
Middle School Boys’
Basketball & Archery – salads/fruit dishes (pasta
salad, macaroni salad, potato salad, lettuce salad and dressing, jello salad,
fruit salad, etc.)
Varsity Girls’ Basketball –
desserts (cakes,
pies, brownies, cookies, etc.)
Varsity Girls’ Volleyball,
Varsity Boys’ Basketball & Ski Club – meat dishes (chicken, ham,
turkey, beef, pork, meatloaf, barbecue, spaghetti, lasagna, etc.)
Plates,
napkins, cups, silverware, drinks and rolls will be provided by the Athletic
Department.
