May 1 – Deadline for Packet 3 for ALL STUDENTS

              Packet 4 goes home

               

MONDAY MAY 4^th 10:00-11:00   Senior and juniors must return books and computers at this time

May 8 -- Deadline for Packet 4

                Packet 5 goes home

May 9-- 10:00 AM (Saturday) Drive-thru celebration of the NLCA Class of 2020.  Seniors will be in caps and gowns circling the Brown House for a celebration.  You drive thru and cheer them on.  (The seniors have always enjoyed the walk-thru of the hallway for the entire student body.  This is an alternative to that and opens it up to the community as well!)

May 15 – Last day for Grades Pre-K thru 10   

*All packets must be turned in today.

Wednesday, May 20—Parents drop off books, clean out lockers, pick up awards, & report cards by a schedule that we will send out. 

May 22-- Official Last Day

Registration is Open!

New Life Christian Academy Registration is open for grades Pre-K through 12^th grade for the 2020-2021 school year! If you already have a registration form, you may mail that to the school with the registration fee to 899 Broad St., Summersville. If you need a form, please use the Menus/Forms tab and print your form(s) from there, submit the fillable form online, or you can call the school office to request one

Pre-K is now from 8:00-12:00, five days a week.

Packet 3 will be distributed on April 21 and is due on May 1.

The next week of assignments will begin on April 14 and end on April 21.  Teachers are working to post all of the assignments on their blogs, Dojo, or through email.  Thank you for cooperating with us and making sure your child stays engaged.  There are so many learning opportunities available while they are home, and we are proud of you for all you are doing during this time! 

If you have to pick up a paper packet for your child, you can do that Thursday, April 9, from 5 -6 PM.  They will be distributed in the parking lot, and you will not need to get out of your car to receive them. 

When you submit your work use the following suggestions:

• Open notes on an Iphone, click to create a new note, choose the camera icon and take a picture, choose "scan document," continue to snap pictures until all of your work is photographed, choose save,  click the arrow at the top right of the screen to send the document, email it to your teacher.
• If you do not have an Android, use the "Genius Scan" app.  
• Attach your word document to an email that you send to your teacher

Registration is Open

Registration for the 2020-2021 school year is now open for New Life Christian Academy.  If you return your registration forms and fee before April 15, you will receive a 20% discount on the registration fee.  Click the menus and forms tab above to find the cost of tuition and fees.  They have not increased and will remain the same for the upcoming school year. 

Pre-School Registration

The pre-school registration was canceled due to schools being closed.  You may register your child by filling out the form and mailing it in.  Our pre-school hours have changed.  We are                         transitioning to a five-day week from 8:00 - Noon.                                    Tuition did decrease for pre-school students.                         .  

Fundraiser Canceled

The Texas Roadhouse fundraiser has been canceled.  If you placed an order, you have two options:

1- Donate your money to NLCA

2- Request a refund by emailing bookkeeping@nlca.info

              *simply write the address you would like your money                        mailed to, along with your name and the child's name                        that sold you the items

Plan ahead, we are planning to do the fundraiser for Thanksgiving this fall!
