Photography and Art Show

The Secondary Photography Class, under the instruction of Mrs. Star Buckner, participated in a photography and art show this week.  Their projects/pictures are on display in the new gym classroom and will be left up during Tuesday night's basketball game for the public to view.

New Pick Up Procedure

We Do Not Have an "Early Out" Tomorrow

Just a reminder that NLCA will follow a normal schedule tomorrow.  If your child rides the public bus and you want them to ride the bus home, they will be leaving two hours early.

It has been almost a month since a student of ours, 15-year-old Michael Dillard, has gone missing.  Michael was last seen on the road near his home in Calvin, WV on January 12.  His family is desperately trying to locate him, and they have been working with the local and state authorities in their attempts.  

We are currently trying to raise money to help the Dillard family in their search, and we are holding a prayer service for him and his family on Wednesday, February 14 at 8:15 AM.   We will be selling $2 silicone bracelets or key chains that read "Bring Michael Home" to help raise money for the family.  Please keep them all in your prayers!

If you have any information regarding his disappearance, please call the authorities immediately. 

Elementary Art Class

We are happy to announce that Art Class for the         elementary grades has begun this semester.  The class is being taught by 

Dr. Emily Clagg and Miss Serena Thies.
