Effective immediately, cell phone use for students is limited to 7:30-8:00 AM (Morning Bus Room).
NLCA will not allow students to use cell phones throughout the day for texting, personal calls, etc...
Teachers are permitted to use cell phones for a class assignment or learning tool, but the classroom will be monitored by that teacher, and the cell phones will be put away after the instruction is completed.
